Alcorcón's Belo Alvarez made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Durval Guerra was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 16 minutes, Manolo Bacete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.D. Alcorcón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manolo Bacete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Icoara Football Club's goalkeeper Durval Guerra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Belo Alvarez. Durval Guerra made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Belo Alvarez sent off a good shot on target. When A.D. Alcorcón's Manolo Bacete in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Durval Guerra, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Antunes in the 43rd minute of play forced A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Manolo Bacete made a precise shot to the right of Durval Guerra. Icoara Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dito Ramos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Icoara Football Club's Durval Guerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manolo Bacete in the 53rd minute of play. Durval Guerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belo Alvarez in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Antunes in the 57th minute of play forced A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belo Alvarez scored 4-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Durval Guerra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A.D. Alcorcón's Laurin Mangas was substituted for Delmar Mayor. Durval Guerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manolo Bacete in the 63rd minute of the match. Alcorcón fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 83rd minute Romário Bertassi suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leroy Antunez during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
