The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Enrique Cassaretto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferenc Tököli having to make a save. Ferenc Tököli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Cassaretto in the 5th minute of play. When Luís Paulo da Fonseca came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Rapsodas Red Devils FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Paulo da Fonseca couldn't finish the play. Jorrin Brioness short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got George Forsyth to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ferenc Tököli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tulio Andinyach in the 31st minute of the match. The corner led CD Municipal's Tulio Andinyach to fire away a dangerous shot which Ferenc Tököli despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 43rd minute of the match Rapsodas Red Devils FC got a corner. CD Municipal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joseph Schwarzfischer ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 45th minute, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Michael Callaerts seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Michael Callaerts the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Rapsodas Red Devils FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Michael Callaerts had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 45 played minutes Rapsodas Red Devils FC got a freekick which was hit by Michael Callaerts. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Ippolit Kolobov was substituted for Luís Paulo da Fonseca. The supporters of CD Municipal booed when Rapsodas Red Devils FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Callaerts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferenc Tököli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iacob Roman in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jorrin Briones made a kick off. Jorrin Briones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the match, CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferenc Tököli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristiano Salah took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised George Forsyth. George Forsyth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. CD Municipal's Evtim Kúrdzhev was substituted for Tulio Andinyach. CD Municipal's Ryota Miyagi was substituted for Enrique Cassaretto. Ryota Miyagi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ferenc Tököli came out and tried to block the shot, but Ryota Miyagi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 70th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Colmenares during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of CD Municipal booed when Rapsodas Red Devils FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Colmenares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferenc Tököli was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Oalo Dean capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Oalo Dean really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Ferenc Tököli was a little too slow when Ryota Miyagi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 1-3. In the 83rd minute, CD Municipal's Edelmiro Moise seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Edelmiro Moise the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of CD Municipal protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Edelmiro Moise had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to CD Municipal getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Edelmiro Moise hit a great ball. After having played for 85 minutes, Joseph Schwarzfischer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joseph Schwarzfischer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evtim Kúrdzhev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 87th minute Ryota Miyagi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferenc Tököli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ryota Miyagi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ferenc Tököli came out and tried to block the shot, but Ryota Miyagi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 88th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Ryota Miyagi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ferenc Tököli. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ryota Miyagi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Ferenc Tököli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryota Miyagi in the 95th minute of the match. The Rapsodas Red Devils FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching CD Municipal's performance. The match ended with a win for CD Municipal.
