With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Cassaretto in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Durval Guerra saved Icoara Football Club from getting behind. Enrique Cassaretto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Durval Guerra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Enrique Cassaretto scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Durval Guerra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 19 minutes, Enrique Cassaretto made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Icoara Football Club's Durval Guerra tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Enrique Cassaretto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Durval Guerra having to make a save. 34 minutes into the match, Icoara Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Cassaretto came free, but Durval Guerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Cassaretto in the 36th minute of play forced Icoara Football Club's goalkeeper Durval Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. George Forsyth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Santana in the 38th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Edelmiro Moise left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CD Municipal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dito Ramos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edelmiro Moise could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Durval Guerra made a huge save. Murilo Silveira's late challenge caught a CD Municipal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Murilo Silveira helped the player get up and apologised. After 52 played minutes Icoara Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Murilo Silveira. Icoara Football Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Enrique Cassaretto scored to the left of an out of position Durval Guerra, making the score, 0-6. Délio Brodel kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. CD Municipal's Evtim Kúrdzhev was substituted for Tulio Andinyach. CD Municipal's Ryota Miyagi was substituted for Enrique Cassaretto. 63 minutes into the match, CD Municipal's Ryota Miyagi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Durval Guerra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Ryota Miyagi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Durval Guerra was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. 66 minutes into the match, Icoara Football Club's goalkeeper Durval Guerra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oalo Dean. In the 67thth minute of the game Oalo Dean who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Icoara Football Club's Durval Guerra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryota Miyagi in the 70th minute of play forced Icoara Football Club's goalkeeper Durval Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CD Municipal were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Icoara Football Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Iacob Roman took the corner. The corner led CD Municipal's Iacob Roman to fire away a dangerous shot which Durval Guerra despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Oalo Dean took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Durval Guerra. Durval Guerra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. The supporters of CD Municipal booed when Icoara Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adriano Vergílio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Durval Guerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oalo Dean in the 80th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Icoara Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Oalo Dean came free, but Durval Guerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Durval Guerra made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Oalo Dean sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Călin Morovan could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which Durval Guerra however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Icoara Football Club's Durval Guerra got control of the ball when Oalo Dean tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oalo Dean's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Durval Guerra skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Oalo Dean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval Guerra having to interfere. Oalo Dean struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Durval Guerra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Municipal. Icoara Football Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Iacob Roman scored to the left of an out of position Durval Guerra, making the score, 0-9. The Icoara Football Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CD Municipal were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
