Plaza Jewell's Pablo Mei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Plaza Jewell from getting a goal against them. 12 minutes into the game, Mihnea Arnăuțoiu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pablo Mei. Mihnea Arnăuțoiu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. MasterBets's Vedat Tuğlu was substituted for Ramiro Marin. Gigel Zăvoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zabal Ubeda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 minutes MasterBets's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lorenzo Mancio who took care of the corner kick. Salvador Roland helped the player get up and apologised. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After some careless play in the Plaza Jewell defense, Marius Macovei kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pablo Mei. The Plaza Jewell fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pablo Mei should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Igon during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emanuel Igon hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match.
