August Hoffmanns was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. August Hoffmanns showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manolo Bacete, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Anestis Kotsopoulos in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maurino Serena, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Maurino Serena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximilian Henning, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Rot-Weiss-Essen's goal looked a bit too open when Belo Alvarez came free, but August Hoffmanns reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, A.D. Alcorcón's Belo Alvarez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. August Hoffmanns made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Manolo Bacete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without August Hoffmanns having to interfere. Maurino Serena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximilian Henning, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Rot-Weiss-Essen booed when A.D. Alcorcón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Vadillos didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Anestis Kotsopoulos sped through A.D. Alcorcón's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maurino Serena. Maurino Serena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Haupt in the 38th minute. In the 39th minute Belo Alvarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but August Hoffmanns saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anestis Kotsopoulos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Mesut Özil came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurino Serena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mesut Özil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 played minutes A.D. When Esteban Vadillos fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.D. Alcorcón's protests and gave Esteban Vadillos a yellow card for diving instead. August Hoffmanns came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by A.D. Alcorcón's Manolo Bacete. But to his dismay, Manolo Bacete quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Belo Alvarez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but August Hoffmanns made a huge save. With a little luck, Rot-Weiss-Essen's August Hoffmanns got control of the ball when Belo Alvarez tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximilian Henning in the 79th minute of play forced A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. August Hoffmanns made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isaac Ortiz in the 87th minute. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rot-Weiss-Essen's goalkeeper August Hoffmanns, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Laurin Mangas kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The A.D. Alcorcón players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Rot-Weiss-Essen from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
