An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Abe Habenicht got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 5 minutes into the match, Abe Habenicht had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Czeslaw Marosz. Powalina's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abe Habenicht was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 11th minute Śląsk Katowice were awarded a corner. Marco Amaral went to the cornerflag to take it. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Teofil Rzegotka took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Czeslaw Marosz to make any attempt to save it. Czeslaw Marosz was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Teofil Rzegotka capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Teofil Rzegotka really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Czeslaw Marosz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofil Rzegotka, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Abe Habenicht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Czeslaw Marosz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Powalina's Ergincan Öztürk got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Czeslaw Marosz was a little too slow when Abe Habenicht got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 5-0. 38 minutes into the game, Abe Habenicht cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Czeslaw Marosz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cyprian Nienajadlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 45 played minutes Śląsk Katowice got a freekick which was hit by Wit Matuch. Powalina's Czeslaw Marosz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofil Rzegotka in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abe Habenicht made a kick off. Emiliano Orain hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 53 minutes into the game, Śląsk Katowice's Abe Habenicht nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Czeslaw Marosz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Śląsk Katowice's Teofil Rzegotka got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Powalina's Czeslaw Marosz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofil Rzegotka in the 59th minute of play. After 60 played minutes Śląsk Katowice got a freekick which was hit by Abe Habenicht. Śląsk Katowice's Marek Bronicki was substituted for Teofil Rzegotka. A collision led to Śląsk Katowice getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Abe Habenicht hit a great ball. Powalina's Czeslaw Marosz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abe Habenicht in the 63rd minute of play. If Aureliusz Ochabski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Wit Matuch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, Marek Bronicki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Śląsk Katowice fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Czeslaw Marosz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marek Bronicki went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. In the 84th match minute, Powalina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witalis Dziatkowicz to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Marco Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot. Śląsk Katowice's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Amaral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Czeslaw Marosz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Czeslaw Marosz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adelino Salgado in the 92nd minute of play. After 93 minutes of play, Śląsk Katowice's Marek Bronicki made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Czeslaw Marosz was left in no man's land by his defense there! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Śląsk Katowice had played much better football throughout.
