In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Stadtclub's goalkeeper Fabio Hesse, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Gedeon Káposztás ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabio Hesse was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The wind increased when Gedeon Káposztás made the kick off in the second half. After 57 minutes FC Stadtclub's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. The Grêmio Papão de WC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. If Selman Pektaşi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. Gedeon Káposztás's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Hesse read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Gianluca Schifferli made in the 96th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Grêmio Papão de WC's José Leme. José Leme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Grêmio Papão de WC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
