Fortun Corrillos helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in CLATHU's zone, Selatse Cantillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Peter came out of the goal and Selatse Cantillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

After some careless play in the CLATHU defense, Fortun Corrillos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Peter. The CLATHU fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Peter should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fortun Corrillos got free with Jacobo Peter in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to CLATHU getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Eduardo Esdras hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, CLATHU's Betinho Batista got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Jacobo Peter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartolo Bachicabo in the 63rd minute. Jacobo Peter made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Bartolo Bachicabo sent off a good shot on target. Andrés Calamaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd play minute Gregory Neila came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jacobo Peter. 1-3. Kiko Pirani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
