But to his dismay, Bai Peng Ning quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 79th minute, Bai Peng Ning ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfred Borkowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Arne Lundberg put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alfred Borkowski. If Arne Lundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arne Lundberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfred Borkowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arne Lundberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Alfred Borkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Lundberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
