Eugen Zoch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dan Wennerqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Feyenoord Malinovo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Peter Németh in the 5th minute. The corner ended in Peter Németh almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist did a great save. Dan Wennerqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Németh in the 6th minute of the match. Eugen Zoch took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dan Wennerqvist. Dan Wennerqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 12 minutes Soroca F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Peter Németh who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Feyenoord Malinovo's Dávid Mojžiš to fire away a dangerous shot which Dan Wennerqvist despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 13th minute, Hernan Lano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rastislav Duch was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 20th minute Peter Németh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Wennerqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Hernan Lano reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rastislav Duch. The goal made the score 2-1. Rastislav Duch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hernan Lano in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute, Zézinho Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dan Wennerqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugen Zoch, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Soroca F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Peter Németh was slow to take the kick. During this time Feyenoord Malinovo's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Peter Németh almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist did a great save. Eugen Zoch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Dan Wennerqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rastislav Duch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrián Espadas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, Feyenoord Malinovo's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Espadas came free, but Rastislav Duch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rastislav Duch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hernan Lano in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When Hernan Lano came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Soroca F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hernan Lano couldn't finish the play.
