In the 2nd minute, Prospero Perico left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lobos de Carelia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belo Alvarez in the 7th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Lobos de Carelia's goal looked a bit too open when Manolo Bacete came free, but Nestor Cortez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xiao Xiang Ling could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Maurino Serena made a huge save. A collision led to A.D. Alcorcón getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Eusebio Quijana hit a great ball. Nestor Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manolo Bacete in the 17th minute of the match. A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save A.D. Alcorcón from getting a goal against them. Maurino Serena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Prospero Perico in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute Manolo Bacete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurino Serena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Montrel in the 21st minute of the match. Nestor Cortez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belo Alvarez in the 22nd minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, A.D. Alcorcón's Belo Alvarez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nestor Cortez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Nestor Cortez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manolo Bacete, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Saul Montrel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maurino Serena. Saul Montrel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belo Alvarez in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, A.D. Alcorcón's Manolo Bacete nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nestor Cortez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Vecdi Tamkut kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. A.D. Alcorcón's Leroy Antunez got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 46 minutes, Belo Alvarez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.D. Alcorcón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Belo Alvarez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Manolo Bacete had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nestor Cortez. Lobos de Carelia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manolo Bacete was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. After the first half A.D. Alcorcón were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The wind increased when Pavao Zadro made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Montrel in the 54th minute of play forced A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Montrel in the 55th minute of play. Maurino Serena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavao Zadro in the 59th minute of the match. Nestor Cortez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Vadillos in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute Manolo Bacete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez got control of the ball when Esteban Vadillos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Perico in the 67th minute of play. Maurino Serena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Perico in the 68th minute of the match. A.D. Alcorcón's Laurin Mangas was substituted for Delmar Mayor. After 71 played minutes Lobos de Carelia got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Perico. After some careless play in the A.D. Alcorcón defense, Prospero Perico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maurino Serena. The A.D. Alcorcón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maurino Serena should have stopped the shot. A.D. Alcorcón's Isaac Ortiz was substituted for Belo Alvarez. Nestor Cortez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isaac Ortiz in the 83rd minute. Manolo Bacete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Cortez having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Cleto Confesor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laurin Mangas charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Laurin Mangas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, A.D. Alcorcón's Laurin Mangas got a free kick in the 96th minute. When Cristobal Lia came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Lobos de Carelia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristobal Lia couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched A.D. Alcorcón eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
