After some careless play in the Dark club defense, Reinhardt Bjørumslet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Willy Tourte. The Dark club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Willy Tourte should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sébastien Pérou in the 37th minute of play forced ALPHAXIFC's goalkeeper Tony Vandkjær to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Frans Kølben managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ALPHAXIFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frans Kølben was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vagn Kirkebjerg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willy Tourte having to interfere. Noureddine Jacquemot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Tony Vandkjær tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frans Kølben fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willy Tourte having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sébastien Pérou made a kick off. Florent Chevrot hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Godtfred Mahl, 54 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 76th minute, Sébastien Pérou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rémy Bruet helped the player get up and apologised. After 92 played minutes Dark club got a freekick which was hit by Rémy Bruet. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the ALPHAXIFC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
