Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dieter Wiggers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to SC Waulsort getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Mathieu Stevens hit a great ball. Gerard Ramps received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Jef Van Deinze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Kenn Uytdebroeck took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Mathieux Balckmans to make any attempt to save it. The Zeemanshaard FC fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Zeemanshaard FC's Denis Meulders looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kieth Smedts charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kieth Smedts the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, SC Waulsort's Kieth Smedts got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 29 minutes into the game, Mathieu Stevens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Jef Van Deinze was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Diederiek Van Den Wijngaert's late challenge caught a SC Waulsort's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diederiek Van Den Wijngaert helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Zeemanshaard FC's Diederiek Van Den Wijngaert got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute, Dieter Wiggers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jef Van Deinze was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Denis Meulders kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dieter Wiggers was the one to do the kick off. Dante Moens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jef Van Deinze having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Kenn Uytdebroeck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zeemanshaard FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Mathieu Stevens's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jef Van Deinze read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Waulsort's goalkeeper Mathieux Balckmans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dan Lefevere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathieux Balckmans having to interfere. Denis Meulders's late challenge caught a SC Waulsort's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Denis Meulders helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th minute, Denis Meulders hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, SC Waulsort's Jef Van Deinze threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dieter Wiggers, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. SC Waulsort were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Zeemanshaard FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dante Moens took the corner. Mathieux Balckmans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenn Uytdebroeck in the 78th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Kenn Uytdebroeck made a precise shot to the right of Mathieux Balckmans. SC Waulsort's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Jef Van Deinze came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by SC Waulsort's Dieter Wiggers. But to his dismay, Dieter Wiggers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Zeemanshaard FC's Jef Van Deinze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dieter Wiggers in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute Dieter Wiggers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jef Van Deinze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Zeemanshaard FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dieter Wiggers came free, but Jef Van Deinze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mathieu Stevens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dan Lefevere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the match, Zeemanshaard FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dieter Wiggers came free, but Jef Van Deinze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SC Waulsort's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
