Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Corneel Gielens kicked off to start the match. KFC Herbuchenne's Martial Van Hoyvelt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Meulders in the 4th minute of play. Zeemanshaard FC's Dan Lefevere got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 9 minutes into the match, KFC Herbuchenne's Qwinten Vercalsteren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jef Van Deinze narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zeemanshaard FC's Jef Van Deinze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim-Jan Van der Hoeven in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Dan Lefevere made a precise shot to the right of Martial Van Hoyvelt. KFC Herbuchenne's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Robin De Vreese kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes Corneel Gielens rounded Zeemanshaard FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Qwinten De Maerschalckx managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Herbuchenne's supporters rose to their feet, but Qwinten De Maerschalckx was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jef Van Deinze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zeemanshaard FC's Dan Lefevere got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dan Skouten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martial Van Hoyvelt having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, KFC Herbuchenne's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Skouten came free, but Martial Van Hoyvelt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, Tim-Jan Van der Hoeven got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Dan Skouten made the kick off in the second half. Octave Dobbeleir kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Dre De kaiser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jef Van Deinze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qwinten Vercalsteren, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Dan Lefevere charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dan Lefevere the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th minute, Dan Lefevere hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Corneel Gielens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Jef Van Deinze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 66 minutes, Denis Meulders mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zeemanshaard FC and the KFC Herbuchenne players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th minute, Denis Meulders hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Zeemanshaard FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Jerom De Coninck hit a great ball. Zeemanshaard FC's Denis Meulders got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dan Lefevere received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Martial Van Hoyvelt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dan Skouten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martial Van Hoyvelt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Skouten in the 81st minute of the match. Martial Van Hoyvelt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Lefevere in the 86th minute of play. After 89 played minutes Zeemanshaard FC got a freekick which was hit by Diederiek Van Den Wijngaert. Martial Van Hoyvelt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Skouten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Corneel Gielens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Despite being the better team, Zeemanshaard FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
