When Abdulaziz Türkyılmaz came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Spähpanzer SP IC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdulaziz Türkyılmaz couldn't finish the play. If Mehmet Hamdi Baytekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Bielovce getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ernest Čižmár hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Bielovce defense, Abdulaziz Türkyılmaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ondrej Kostolányi. The Bielovce fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ondrej Kostolányi should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abdulaziz Türkyılmaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 95th match minute, Spähpanzer SP IC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fehmi Semih to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute Marek Mrňus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Merih Okbudun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marek Mrňus in the 98th minute of play forced Spähpanzer SP IC's goalkeeper Merih Okbudun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Spähpanzer SP IC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
