After 90 minutes, Darryl Pollard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santos FC and the C. A. Pipon Pipon players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Santos FC defense, Bobby Fisher kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rusty Little. The Santos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rusty Little should have stopped the shot. Landon Vogt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Finn in the 98th minute of play. The Santos FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented C. A. Pipon Pipon from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
