Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lanny Gilmore in the 27th minute of play. Zoilo Doblas got a throw-in 29 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Waldo Renteria. Aaron Smallwood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wang Sha Qian in the 32nd minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amir Lee made a kick off. Amir Lee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Smallwood having to interfere. In the 56th minute Wang Sha Qian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Smallwood saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dario Wilhelm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tyron Velasquez's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute Santos FC were awarded a corner. Warren Ruiz went to the cornerflag to take it. Cascade Park West's Waldo Renteria got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Waldo Renteria off the ground.
