Luther Story recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Wilson Gold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Landry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilson Gold, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Tomas Landry showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Preston Ferreira in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Damon Blue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucrețiu Gherase saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dan Feliciano scored 2-0 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomas Landry, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Richie Arnold made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Astrologer FC's goal looked a bit too open when Preston Ferreira came free, but Tomas Landry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Lake Mohawk FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Astrologer FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
