Lucrețiu Gherase didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marshall Medina went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 8 played minutes Lake Mohawk FC got a freekick which was hit by Rory Talbot. Lucrețiu Gherase made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marshall Medina in the 20th minute of play. Lucrețiu Gherase came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Marshall Medina. But to his dismay, Marshall Medina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Lake Mohawk FC's Preston Ferreira got a free kick in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the game, EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Marshall Medina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucrețiu Gherase made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Osvaldo Daunte made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Preston Ferreira sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute Marshall Medina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucrețiu Gherase saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 蔡默南 hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, Preston Ferreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the game, Marshall Medina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Lucrețiu Gherase was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Lake Mohawk FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. EL LOBO DE MIAMI were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dan Feliciano to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Lake Mohawk FC got a freekick which was hit by Wilson Gold. In the 54th minute, Marshall Medina made a precise shot to the right of Lucrețiu Gherase. Lake Mohawk FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. With an all-out effort, EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Lucrețiu Gherase threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Chad Tuttle, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 60th match minute, Lake Mohawk FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rory Talbot to maneuver through the defense. EL LOBO DE MIAMI made a substitution. Gustavo Lyons replaced Virgil Caudill. The supporters of EL LOBO DE MIAMI booed when Lake Mohawk FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rory Talbot didn't get a good kick on the ball. The coaching staff of EL LOBO DE MIAMI protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and 蔡默南 had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of EL LOBO DE MIAMI:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lake Mohawk FC:s goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. EL LOBO DE MIAMI had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
