Bajen's Lincoln Hand managed to work through Lake Mohawk FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 53rd minute, Lincoln Hand left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.D. Bajen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Duke Munoz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Preston Ferreira in the 68th minute. Myles Clearwater hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute Vern Park shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucrețiu Gherase saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 83rd minute of the game. One of S.D. Bajen:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lake Mohawk FC:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lincoln Hand in the 87th minute of play forced Lake Mohawk FC's goalkeeper Lucrețiu Gherase to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
