An unexpectedly hard shot by Marshall Medina in the 10th minute of play forced Atletico Patoruzu's goalkeeper Aldo Hawk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Atletico Patoruzu's Gualterio Aguirre in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye EL LOBO DE MIAMI's goalie prevented a goal. When EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Marshall Medina, in the 17th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for EL LOBO DE MIAMI. Aldo Hawk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marshall Medina in the 21st minute of the match. Aldo Hawk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Diego Latorre took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Osvaldo Daunte to make any attempt to save it. Aldo Hawk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marshall Medina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute EL LOBO DE MIAMI were awarded a corner. Marshall Medina went to the cornerflag to take it. Aldo Hawk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marshall Medina in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute of the match EL LOBO DE MIAMI got a corner. Atletico Patoruzu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marshall Medina ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Marshall Medina got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aldo Hawk quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Aldo Hawk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marshall Medina in the 42nd minute of play. The corner ended in Willie Staton almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Osvaldo Daunte did a great save. Aldo Hawk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marshall Medina in the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Marshall Medina made the kick off in the second half. Osvaldo Daunte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezra Shepard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute of the match, Marshall Medina got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aldo Hawk was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Marshall Medina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aldo Hawk having to make a save. Chad Tuttle might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aldo Hawk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chad Tuttle ran back to his position shaking his head. EL LOBO DE MIAMI made a substitution. Gustavo Lyons replaced Virgil Caudill. Aldo Hawk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marshall Medina in the 68th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gordie Mosquera during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Atletico Patoruzu booed when EL LOBO DE MIAMI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gordie Mosquera didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to EL LOBO DE MIAMI getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Gordie Mosquera hit a great ball. Osvaldo Daunte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo-Luis Butcher, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Marshall Medina who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Aldo Hawk when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marshall Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Atletico Patoruzu's Aldo Hawk got control of the ball when Marshall Medina tried to sneak it across the goal line.
