But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that William Westelinx couldn't finish the play. FC Ouagadougou National's Sean Westelinx managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leopoldo Orlan in the 6 minute of the game. Sean Westelinx hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. If William Westelinx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lukas Arlikevičius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rene Vereijt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Ouagadougou National's Paolo Evis got a free kick in the 21st minute. 24 minutes into the game, Lukas Arlikevičius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rene Vereijt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 41st minute Lukas Arlikevičius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Vereijt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for William Westelinx to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers William Westelinx in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franko Armani saved Teodelina FC from getting behind. After 54 minutes, William Westelinx made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Teodelina FC's Franko Armani tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute, Faudel Dagorne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute Dani Rojas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franko Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franko Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dani Rojas in the 82nd minute of play. Franko Armani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jedrzej Kiszkiel in the 85th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dani Rojas in the 89th minute of play forced Teodelina FC's goalkeeper Franko Armani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Silvano Baladi took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Rene Vereijt to make any attempt to save it.

The Teodelina FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
