The audience thought a goal was coming when Bagindo Noya got free with Flavio Cura in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bagindo Noya's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Cura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Flavio Cura made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Bagindo Noya sent off a good shot on target. Robin Duaramuri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from De-la-Cruz Avecilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Barcelona Sporting Club getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Hector-Luis Laine hit a great ball. With his leg Flavio Cura managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Limus Nunggal's Bagindo Noya fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bagindo Noya stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. De-la-Cruz Avecilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
