In the 12th match minute, Independente FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Marquez to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, FC Caspiy's goal looked a bit too open when Hudson Toscano came free, but Martyn Baiseitov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Caspiy's Martyn Baiseitov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Marquez in the 18th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, FC Caspiy's goal looked a bit too open when Raí Prestes came free, but Martyn Baiseitov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martyn Baiseitov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raí Prestes, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Independente FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filipp Debabov came free, but Nando Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Konstantin Yakin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martyn Baiseitov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nilson Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filipp Debabov was the one to do the kick off. Independente FC's Nilson Duarte got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raí Prestes struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Martyn Baiseitov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Independente FC. Nando Sena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boris Nekrasov in the 55th minute. Martyn Baiseitov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Marquez in the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nilson Duarte in the 59th minute of play forced FC Caspiy's goalkeeper Martyn Baiseitov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Marquez hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. When Filipp Debabov came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the FC Caspiy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filipp Debabov couldn't finish the play. After having played for 79 minutes, Nilson Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Independente FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nilson Duarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute, Luiz Marquez made a precise shot to the right of Martyn Baiseitov. FC Caspiy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 95 minutes into the match, FC Caspiy's goal looked a bit too open when Hudson Toscano came free, but Martyn Baiseitov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Independente FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
