After 10 played minutes ViHörs got a freekick which was hit by Joakim Ek. In the 12th minute Boris Nekrasov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kåre Vestberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kåre Vestberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arkhip Repin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kjell-Arne Lind kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. When FC Caspiy's Klim Muravev in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ViHörs's goalie prevented a goal. ViHörs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Boris Nekrasov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Arkhip Repin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kåre Vestberg having to interfere. Kåre Vestberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipp Debabov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joakim Ek hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After 31 played minutes ViHörs got a freekick which was hit by Edvin Lindberg. 32 minutes into the match, FC Caspiy's Vladimir Bogdanov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kåre Vestberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kåre Vestberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipp Debabov in the 33rd minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Klim Muravev notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of ViHörs's Kåre Vestberg. Kåre Vestberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ingvar Kellbom kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Kåre Vestberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipp Debabov in the 42nd minute of play. After some careless play in the ViHörs defense, Andrey Lisnyanskiy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kåre Vestberg. The ViHörs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kåre Vestberg should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Boris Nekrasov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Kåre Vestberg made a huge save. Brian Håkansson hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Kåre Vestberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Klim Muravev went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Martyn Baiseitov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Joensson in the 73rd minute of play. Timmy Gustavsson kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. FC Caspiy's Vladimir Bogdanov couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 77th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for ViHörs. Kåre Vestberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Boris Nekrasov went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Klim Muravev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The FC Caspiy supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Caspiy would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
