Kåre Vestberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaj Alebäck, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kaj Alebäck to strike the kick off in the second half. Leif Boklund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harry Sjöberg went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 54th match minute, Xlashrs FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Öberg to maneuver through the defense. Marcus Joensson struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Leif Boklund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ViHörs. The goalkeeper, Kåre Vestberg, was totally fooled by Xlashrs FC's John Lindkvist, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 70 minutes, Kaj Alebäck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Xlashrs FC and the ViHörs players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of ViHörs booed when Xlashrs FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaj Alebäck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ingvar Kellbom kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When Marcus Joensson came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the ViHörs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Joensson couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Xlashrs FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. John Lindkvist hit a great ball.
