The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Octavian Petcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radu Păvăloae in the 4th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Radu Păvăloae in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Octavian Petcu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Octavian Petcu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radu Păvăloae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Dinamo Bucuresti 2023's Octavian Petcu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save FC Dinamo Bucuresti 2023 from getting a goal against them. Academia Rio's Aurelian Coporan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thodoris Perperidis in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Academia Rio's Codrin Ionete got a free kick in the 11th minute. Aurelian Coporan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavius Huțupan in the 16th minute of the match. Thodoris Perperidis made a great header on FC Dinamo Bucuresti 2023's corner, it was just that Academia Rio's Aurelian Coporan managed to reach the ball for a save. Academia Rio's Aurelian Coporan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thodoris Perperidis in the 19th minute of play. Dumitru Nica hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Aurelian Coporan came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Dinamo Bucuresti 2023's Iustin Dudău. But to his dismay, Iustin Dudău quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Academia Rio's Aurelian Coporan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iustin Dudău in the 34th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Thodoris Perperidis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aurelian Coporan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When FC Dinamo Bucuresti 2023's Nistor Bușcu, in the 36th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for FC Dinamo Bucuresti 2023. Sergiu Coșeriu hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the game, Academia Rio's Sergiu Coșeriu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Octavian Petcu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 44th minute Iustin Dudău shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelian Coporan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sergiu Coșeriu made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, FC Dinamo Bucuresti 2023's goal looked a bit too open when Sergiu Coșeriu came free, but Octavian Petcu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sergiu Coșeriu took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Octavian Petcu. Octavian Petcu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Aurelian Coporan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustin Dudău, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Octavian Petcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergiu Coșeriu, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Aurelian Coporan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in FC Dinamo Bucuresti 2023's zone, Adrian Blănaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavian Petcu came out of the goal and Adrian Blănaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Laurențiu Groza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Aurelian Coporan made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxim Popan in the 84th minute of play forced Academia Rio's goalkeeper Aurelian Coporan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Academia Rio's Adrian Blănaru got a free kick in the 88th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maxim Popan got free with Aurelian Coporan in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eric Pășcuțoiu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Octavian Petcu. FC Dinamo Bucuresti 2023's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Maxim Popan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelian Coporan having to interfere. Academia Rio's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
