Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Manuel Boteanu started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Kobra TEAM booed when Juventus Țiu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mugurel Buda didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cazimir Corbeanu in the 2nd minute of play forced Juventus Țiu's goalkeeper Marius Bălașa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 5 minutes into the game, Gică Comarnescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventus Țiu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kobra TEAM the free kick. After a rather tough play, Juventus Țiu's Gică Comarnescu got a free kick in the 5th minute. Marius Bălașa made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Amauri Lopes sent off a good shot on target. Marius Bălașa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from King Kobra in the 10th minute of play. Amauri Lopes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Marius Bălașa made a huge save. In the 13th minute Liviu Cristocea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marius Bălașa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Kobra TEAM's Ionică Lucescu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marius Bălașa. Marius Bălașa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. King Junior took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Boteanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marius Bălașa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 20 played minutes Juventus Țiu got a freekick which was hit by Laurențiu Târban. Juventus Țiu's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Aristides Paiva scored to the left of an out of position Marius Bălașa, making the score, 2-0. In the 24th minute, Aristides Paiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Juventus Țiu defense, Liviu Cristocea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marius Bălașa. The Juventus Țiu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marius Bălașa should have stopped the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Marius Bălașa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 36th minute, Claudiu Tăutu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cazimir Corbeanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute of the match, Ionică Lucescu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marius Bălașa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ionică Lucescu made a kick off. Aristides Paiva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marius Bălașa having to make a save. In the 53rd minute, Aristides Paiva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marius Bălașa was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Marius Bălașa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionică Lucescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Ionică Lucescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kobra TEAM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Ionel Aelenei scored 7-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marius Bălașa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Juventus Țiu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ionică Lucescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Marius Bălașa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionică Lucescu in the 75th minute of the match. Kobra TEAM's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
