The supporters of Echegoyen AFC booed when Xlashrs FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Öberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Santiago Bilbo ran back to his position shaking his head. 24 minutes into the match, Xlashrs FC's goalkeeper Björn Esbjörnsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Uriel Raitin. Björn Esbjörnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fedele Lemma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gong Yang Xi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Wallin in the 29th minute of play. Björn Esbjörnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noël Crépy in the 32nd minute of play. Stig Wennerström kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Fedele Lemma notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Xlashrs FC's Björn Esbjörnsson. Björn Esbjörnsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fedele Lemma received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Björn Esbjörnsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Fedele Lemma slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 40th minute. If Fedele Lemma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uriel Raitin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, Björn Esbjörnsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fedele Lemma made a kick off. Björn Esbjörnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fedele Lemma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Xlashrs FC defense, Uriel Raitin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Björn Esbjörnsson. The Xlashrs FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Björn Esbjörnsson should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute, Celedonio Seguinus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Björn Esbjörnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Raitin in the 59th minute of play. Björn Esbjörnsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fedele Lemma in the 64th minute of the match. Hubert Ahlroth hit a great ball. Uriel Raitin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xlashrs FC's Björn Esbjörnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fedele Lemma in the 91st minute of play. Björn Esbjörnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Raitin in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Echegoyen AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Xlashrs FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
