It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 5th minute, but Pete Luna got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Darkness hanging dry this time. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Darkness's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marek Torm was slow to take the kick. During this time Vikingos FC's players had a chance to rest. Vikingos FC's Marek Torm was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pete Luna in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Pete Luna made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Ladislao Erramu sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute, Jhon Stones hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marek Torm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pete Luna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Sebastián Sosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Jacindo in the 40th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adolfo Jacindo to strike the kick off in the second half. Vikingos FC's Marek Torm quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Nicolas Orland, made in the 53rd minute of the game. Ladislao Erramu might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pete Luna. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ladislao Erramu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 55thth minute of the game Ladislao Erramu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Darkness's Pete Luna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vikingos FC were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Darkness's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marek Torm took the corner. The corner led Vikingos FC's Victor Abaurre to fire away a dangerous shot which Pete Luna despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ladislao Erramu struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Pete Luna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vikingos FC. In the 91st minute, Vladimiro Lauro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pete Luna was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 95 played minutes Darkness got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Seguinus. Rodolfo Hori kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. 98 minutes had been played when some careless play by Darkness's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Per-Olof Vallmark was slow to take the kick. During this time Vikingos FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Wilhelm Widberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Darkness's Pete Luna did a great save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Vikingos FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Darkness had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
