Arnoud de Pelsmakere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tor Guarda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Palestino فلسطين's goalkeeper Jorge Mohammed, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 13th minute of the match Cougars FC got a corner. Club Palestino فلسطين's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Angel Morales ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rocky Dejardin in the 14th minute of play forced Cougars FC's goalkeeper Arnoud de Pelsmakere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute Cezar Zubaşcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoud de Pelsmakere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cougars FC's Arnoud de Pelsmakere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rocky Dejardin in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Palestino فلسطين's goalkeeper Jorge Mohammed, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jorge Mohammed came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Cougars FC's Mehat Kovaçi. But to his dismay, Mehat Kovaçi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, Cougars FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tor Guarda came free, but Arnoud de Pelsmakere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rocky Dejardin in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnoud de Pelsmakere saved Cougars FC from getting behind. In the 36th minute, Cezar Zubaşcu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnoud de Pelsmakere was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 42 played minutes Club Palestino فلسطين got a freekick which was hit by Jörg Hannemann. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mehat Kovaçi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jörg Hannemann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Arnoud de Pelsmakere tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Mohammed made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehat Kovaçi in the 57th minute of play. Cougars FC's Arnoud de Pelsmakere proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Cougars FC from getting a goal against them. Mehat Kovaçi might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorge Mohammed. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehat Kovaçi ran back to his position shaking his head. Jorge Mohammed showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehat Kovaçi, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Arnoud de Pelsmakere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezar Zubaşcu in the 67th minute of the match. Jorge Mohammed came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Cougars FC's Mehat Kovaçi. But to his dismay, Mehat Kovaçi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Club Palestino فلسطين's Li Hai Yan was substituted for Rocky Dejardin. Cougars FC's Steffen Gimlinge was substituted for Mehat Kovaçi. A throw-in in the 77th minute of the game was made by Anton Bulencea with Jörg Hannemann as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Marcelo Urki kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Cougars FC's Gerardo Nesto was substituted for Angel Morales. In the 87th minute, Samir Mustafa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute Tor Guarda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoud de Pelsmakere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Mohammed made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steffen Gimlinge in the 91st minute of play. Club Palestino فلسطين were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
