Ladislao Erramu started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Gerardo Nesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Sosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnoud de Pelsmakere was a little too slow when Vladimiro Lauro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, Cougars FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marek Torm came free, but Arnoud de Pelsmakere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute Cougars FC were awarded a corner. Karel Šnajdr went to the cornerflag to take it. Cougars FC's Karel Šnajdr was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sebastián Sosa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehat Kovaçi in the 14th minute of play forced Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Cougars FC's Gerardo Nesto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sebastián Sosa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Sebastián Sosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehat Kovaçi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ladislao Erramu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnoud de Pelsmakere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Torm in the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mehat Kovaçi came free, but Sebastián Sosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cougars FC's Arnoud de Pelsmakere proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Cougars FC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Vladimiro Lauro could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Arnoud de Pelsmakere however easily saved by the left post. After 42 played minutes Vikingos FC got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Manuelo. Sebastián Sosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehat Kovaçi in the 45th minute of play. Cougars FC's Arnoud de Pelsmakere proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Cougars FC from getting a goal against them. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gerardo Nesto was the one to do the kick off. Vikingos FC's Sebastián Sosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Nesto in the 53rd minute of play. After 54 minutes, Vladimiro Lauro made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cougars FC's Arnoud de Pelsmakere tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Vladimiro Lauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vikingos FC's Sebastián Sosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehat Kovaçi in the 60th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerardo Nesto in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastián Sosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sebastián Sosa made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Mehat Kovaçi sent off a good shot on target. Arnoud de Pelsmakere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Erramu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cougars FC's Steffen Gimlinge was substituted for Mehat Kovaçi. A collision led to Vikingos FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Marek Torm hit a great ball. Cougars FC's Eustaquio Mede managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Roberto Perfumo in the 94 minute of the game. Vikingos FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cougars FC for a fine match.
