Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Warande S.C.'s Andreas Verweijen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Warande S.C.'s Andreas Verweijen in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Horus's goalie prevented a goal. Warande S.C.'s Vincent Haas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Grigoriu in the 4th minute of play. Mircea Cămărășan made in the 8th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eusebiu Zdrehuş however managed to control. Elbert van Persie struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Călin Ungheanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Warande S.C.. Vincent Haas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihăiţă Hurezeanu's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Warande S.C.'s Elbert van Persie got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anton Bojonca charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anton Bojonca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd minute, Elbert van Persie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Warande S.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Edgar Grigoriu took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vincent Haas. Vincent Haas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 35th match minute, Horus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Gârbovan to maneuver through the defense. Warande S.C.'s Max van Herwijnen couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 36th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Horus. Edgar Grigoriu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgar Grigoriu kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mihăiţă Hurezeanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Andreas Verweijen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Andreas Verweijen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Călin Ungheanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Elbert van Persie came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Warande S.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elbert van Persie couldn't finish the play. If Andreas Verweijen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remco Tamminga charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Remco Tamminga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Warande S.C. getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Remco Tamminga hit a great ball. In the 64th minute Andreas Verweijen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Ungheanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusebiu Zdrehuş's late challenge caught a Warande S.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eusebiu Zdrehuş helped the player get up and apologised. Edgar Grigoriu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Vincent Haas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Grigoriu in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vincent Haas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 76 played minutes Warande S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Remco Tamminga. Warande S.C.'s attentive Boukjan Borker managed to snatch the ball when Pompiliu Ciutacu made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Andreas Verweijen put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Călin Ungheanu. Călin Ungheanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Verweijen in the 91st minute of the match. David Gârbovan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vincent Haas having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Warande S.C. fully deserved thier win.
