Perdizrodrigues's supporters rose to their feet, but 程岚松 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vincent Haas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Váldson Loyola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Verweijen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Váldson Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elbert van Persie in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Elbert van Persie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vincent Haas made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Rômulo Gonçalves sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Warande S.C. getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Boudewijn Post hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by 程岚松 in the 36th minute of play forced Warande S.C.'s goalkeeper Vincent Haas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Perdizrodrigues's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Smits came free, but Váldson Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Warande S.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Max van Herwijnen in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, Boukjan Borker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute, 程岚松 fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Vincent Haas, passed just outside the right post. Andreas Verweijen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Váldson Loyola having to interfere. In the 47th minute Elbert van Persie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Váldson Loyola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 程岚松 was the one to do the kick off. Váldson Loyola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Verweijen in the 51st minute of the match. Váldson Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Smits in the 52nd minute of play. If Rômulo Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Váldson Loyola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Verweijen, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When Warande S.C.'s Elbert van Persie in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Andreas Verweijen did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Váldson Loyola 83 minutes into the match. Perdizrodrigues's Váldson Loyola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Perdizrodrigues from getting a goal against them. If Luisão de Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th match minute, Warande S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boudewijn Post to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Robinho de Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Warande S.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
