Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marko Sillén started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute Youri Waesbergen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Ferm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven Vrede hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Karel Spannenburg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marko Sillén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eskil Knutsson charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eskil Knutsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eskil Knutsson kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Rickard Ferm was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Youri Waesbergen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. After 15 played minutes Trönödal got a freekick which was hit by Marko Carlberg. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Youri Waesbergen in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rickard Ferm saved Trönödal from getting behind. Youri Waesbergen succeeded in the game's 21st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. After a rather tough play, Ellecom FC's Sven Vrede got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 29th minute, Ellecom FC's Sven Vrede ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rickard Ferm. Rickard Ferm yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. After a rather tough play, Ellecom FC's Gerwin Oortwijn got a free kick in the 32nd minute. If Youri Waesbergen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Youri Waesbergen struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Rickard Ferm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ellecom FC. Youri Waesbergen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Youri Waesbergen to strike the kick off in the second half. Filip Blikman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Ferm having to interfere. 53 minutes into the match, Trönödal's goal looked a bit too open when Youri Waesbergen came free, but Rickard Ferm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Trönödal getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Marko Sillén hit a great ball. Filip Blikman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Rickard Ferm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michael Falck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Karel Spannenburg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, Trönödal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sverker Lund to maneuver through the defense. Rickard Ferm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Youri Waesbergen in the 84th minute of play. After some careless play in the Trönödal defense, Youri Waesbergen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rickard Ferm. The Trönödal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rickard Ferm should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute Filip Blikman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Ferm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ellecom FC had played much better football throughout.
