Mauricio Gondorillas charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauricio Gondorillas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th minute, Luis Rodil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Juvenal Lima from long distance, 16 minutes into the match, got Efrain Romo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 19th minute, SC Valdujo's Flávio Dantas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Efrain Romo. Efrain Romo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Prophecy's Mauricio Gondorillas got a free kick in the 23rd minute. SC Valdujo's Reinaldo Soveral shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 25th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Efrain Romo but with some difficulty. Flávio Dantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Efrain Romo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 32 in the game by Baltasar Mourinho from a close distance when the talented Efrain Romo managed to make a qualified save. Prophecy's players were relieved. 35 minutes into the game, Alvaro Salsoro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Maurício Mansilha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Prophecy's Efrain Romo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Prophecy from getting a goal against them. Flávio Dantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Efrain Romo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44thth minute of the game Alvaro Salsoro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Valdujo's Maurício Mansilha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 52 minutes, Higino Malta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Valdujo and the Prophecy players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maurício Mansilha acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 53rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Samuel Cedillo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flávio Dantas in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Efrain Romo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flávio Dantas in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Efrain Romo saved Prophecy from getting behind. When Alvaro Salsoro in the 56th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Maurício Mansilha kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-2 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. A collision led to Prophecy getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Luis Rodil hit a great ball. Efrain Romo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flávio Dantas in the 59th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Baltasar Mourinho notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Prophecy's Efrain Romo. Efrain Romo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Prophecy defense, Flávio Dantas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Efrain Romo. The Prophecy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Efrain Romo should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Alvaro Salsoro took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Maurício Mansilha to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvaro Salsoro got free with Maurício Mansilha in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 73rd minute of the match Reinaldo Soveral shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Efrain Romo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Enrique Tixido helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Prophecy's Enrique Tixido got a free kick in the 88th minute. Efrain Romo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flávio Dantas in the 95th minute of the match. Maurício Mansilha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Cedillo in the 96th minute of play. SC Valdujo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Prophecy for a fine match.
