An unexpected shot in the 20th minute by Arturo Fuentes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 23 minutes into the match, Colin Kohler had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julian Cordarryl. Ezpeleta Oeste FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Colin Kohler was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Julian Cordarryl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Fuentes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the game, Gustavo Tartalo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ezpeleta Oeste FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Key Biscayne FC the free kick. In the 29th minute, Gustavo Tartalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the match, Ezpeleta Oeste FC's goalkeeper Julian Cordarryl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Colin Kohler. Julian Cordarryl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Fuentes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute, Bryan Rosenberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julian Cordarryl. The goal made the score 4-0. Julian Cordarryl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Fuentes, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Bryan Rosenberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Julian Cordarryl made a huge save. Thanks to some nice moves Bryan Rosenberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 48th minute, which Julian Cordarryl however easily saved by the left post. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silvio Rivas to strike the kick off in the second half. Julian Cordarryl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bryan Rosenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 53 minutes of play, Key Biscayne FC's Roderick Higgins made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julian Cordarryl was left in no man's land by his defense there! Saul Rice charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saul Rice the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 56 played minutes Key Biscayne FC got a freekick which was hit by Saul Rice. Eusebio Martxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Brice Carey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Key Biscayne FC's Brice Carey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Rivas in the 66th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 68th minute by Eusebio Martxel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Julian Cordarryl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Fuentes in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Bryan Rosenberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Key Biscayne FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roderick Higgins in the 73rd minute of play forced Ezpeleta Oeste FC's goalkeeper Julian Cordarryl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Key Biscayne FC's zone, Eusebio Martxel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brice Carey came out of the goal and Eusebio Martxel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 79 minutes into the match, Bryan Rosenberg notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Ezpeleta Oeste FC's Julian Cordarryl. Julian Cordarryl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Julian Cordarryl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Colin Kohler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ildefonso Chorache's late challenge caught a Key Biscayne FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When Eusebio Martxel fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ezpeleta Oeste FC's protests and gave Eusebio Martxel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st minute, Eusebio Martxel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Ezpeleta Oeste FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Gustavo Tartalo hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the Key Biscayne FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
