The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Cohaerentia F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Peter Åström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roger Björk's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. After a rather tough play, Cohaerentia F.C.'s Rune Gregersson got a free kick in the 14th minute. Tierp FC's Peter Åström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Björk in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Björk in the 24th minute of play forced Tierp FC's goalkeeper Peter Åström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonas Arvidsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Åström having to interfere. Peter Åström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georg Holmstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Bertil Vennerberg hit a great ball. After 71 played minutes Tierp FC got a freekick which was hit by Stig Andberg. The crowd rose to their feet as Roger Björk kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Peter Åström. That made the score 0-3 in the 72 minute of play. Edvard Qvarnström kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Georg Holmstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Mattias Lindqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Åström having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Tierp FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Björk came free, but Peter Åström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Tierp FC's Peter Åström got control of the ball when Roger Björk tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Cohaerentia F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tierp FC.
