The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Marquinhos Coelho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Danone CC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Otávio Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernest Bianu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo Macedo scored 2-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olimpiu Târlea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Petru Tărău put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Otávio Massa. In the 35th match minute, A4p FC Gad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remus Chițes to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marquinhos Coelho got free with Olimpiu Târlea in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Olimpiu Târlea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júnior Veloso in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46th minute Szczepan Mosiniak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olimpiu Târlea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

In the 59th minute of the match Ion Bianu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Otávio Massa skillfully saved the ball. Danone CC's Otávio Massa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Danone CC from getting a goal against them. Niculae Boltașu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Zdzislaw Waselewicz notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of A4p FC Gad's Olimpiu Târlea. Olimpiu Târlea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
