William Leme came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Academia Militar MZ's Gualter Nóbrega. But to his dismay, Gualter Nóbrega quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With 7 minutes on the clock, Abelardo Valle commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Academia Militar MZ! With a little luck, Academia Militar MZ's Silvério Netto got control of the ball when Thiago Botelho tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 12th minute, Dedé Carneiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvério Netto was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Franklin Negri. Silvério Netto was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Ulisses do Valle capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ulisses do Valle really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. In the 19th minute Ulisses do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvério Netto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Didi Netto hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Dedé Carneiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. William Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualter Nóbrega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. William Leme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualter Nóbrega in the 27th minute of the match. After 41 minutes, Marcos de Senna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Academia Militar MZ and the BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 41st match minute, Academia Militar MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos de Senna to maneuver through the defense. If Toninho Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's goalkeeper William Leme, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The wind increased when Gualter Nóbrega made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Toninho Dias during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 52nd minute of the match Franklin Negri sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silvério Netto skillfully saved the ball. Silvério Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Botelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's zone, Gualter Nóbrega stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. William Leme came out of the goal and Gualter Nóbrega tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th match minute, Academia Militar MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogério Gaúcho to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute Josué Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvério Netto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dênis de Amorim hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 75th match minute, BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dênis de Amorim to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's goalkeeper William Leme, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Academia Militar MZ booed when BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulisses do Valle didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Gualter Nóbrega notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's William Leme. William Leme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Academia Militar MZ's Luiz Gustavo da Silveira quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Thiago Botelho, made in the 91st minute of the game.
