Tomáš Gál kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Gilmar Torres dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dušan Szilagyi, 2-0. A well-hit corner resulted in Gilson Amaral heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The audience was convinced that Gilmar Torres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dušan Szilagyi was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Michal Mičian made a kick off. Rogério Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richard Dzuba charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Richard Dzuba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dušan Szilagyi was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 59 minutes into the match, FC DAC 1904's goal looked a bit too open when Bernd Goldsche came free, but Dušan Szilagyi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dušan Szilagyi came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Academia Militar MZ's Gilmar Torres. But to his dismay, Gilmar Torres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 66th minute, Gilmar Torres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dušan Szilagyi was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. FC DAC 1904's Dušan Szilagyi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilmar Torres in the 69th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC DAC 1904 defense, Gilmar Torres kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dušan Szilagyi. The FC DAC 1904 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dušan Szilagyi should have stopped the shot. 75 minutes into the game, Academia Militar MZ's Gilmar Torres nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 89th minute Bernd Goldsche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dušan Szilagyi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dušan Szilagyi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilmar Torres, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
