Prophecy's Xove Machicao got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 5 minutes into the match, Prophecy's goalkeeper Efrain Romo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vilhelm Lidman. Efrain Romo made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Vilhelm Lidman sent off a good shot on target. Kåre Heggert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Efrain Romo having to make a save. Peter Åström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Salsoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 26th minute, Alvaro Salsoro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter Åström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 29 minutes of play, Prophecy's Alvaro Salsoro made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Peter Åström was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 35th minute Alvaro Salsoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Åström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Måns Lindqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Tierp FC's Kåre Heggert got a free kick in the 43rd minute.

Efrain Romo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kåre Heggert in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Tierp FC booed when Prophecy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Ponga didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 57 in the game by Alvaro Salsoro from a close distance when the talented Peter Åström managed to make a qualified save. Tierp FC's players were relieved. In the 69th minute, Alvaro Salsoro fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 74th minute Alvaro Salsoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Åström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hector Soto's late challenge caught a Tierp FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hector Soto helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th match minute, Prophecy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Soto to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the game, Patric Vennerkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tierp FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Prophecy the free kick. In the 80th match minute, Tierp FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patric Vennerkvist to maneuver through the defense. Alvaro Salsoro in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Peter Åström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, Tierp FC's Peter Åström got control of the ball when Alvaro Salsoro tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Prophecy supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Prophecy would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
