The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovando Vera in the 8th minute of play forced Tala's goalkeeper Bernardino Chuan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Bernardino Chuan managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when MKS Pogoń Szczecin's Clodoveo Ponce fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bernardino Chuan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roch Chowaniec went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Bernardino Chuan was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Roch Chowaniec capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Roch Chowaniec really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Wiktor Dudkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Gergori in the 29th minute of the match. When Ovando Vera came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the MKS Pogoń Szczecin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ovando Vera couldn't finish the play. Bernardino Chuan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roch Chowaniec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luisito Isidor's late challenge caught a MKS Pogoń Szczecin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luisito Isidor helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in Tala's zone, Roch Chowaniec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardino Chuan came out of the goal and Roch Chowaniec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Li Xu Cheng received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bernardino Chuan came out and tried to block the shot, but Li Xu Cheng slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the game, Roch Chowaniec recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bernardino Chuan. Roch Chowaniec showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. Ovando Vera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Clodoveo Ponce sped through Tala's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bernardino Chuan. MKS Pogoń Szczecin made a substitution. Ignacy Rzegotka replaced Roch Chowaniec. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Feliberto Gergori stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Tala's Guido Guillem seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Guido Guillem the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tala protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Guido Guillem had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 56th minute, one of Tala:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tala. The referee gave MKS Pogoń Szczecin a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Clodoveo Ponce, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tala's Bernardino Chuan. 8-0. In the 68th minute Ignacy Rzegotka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Chuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardino Chuan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
