Joakim Arvidsson hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 9 minutes into the match, Arkham Asylum C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Domiku came free, but Rolando Sindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artzai Pacheco in the 10th minute of play forced Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's goalkeeper Bernabe Benat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's Bernabe Benat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belo Huarte in the 21st minute of play. With a little luck, Arkham Asylum C.F.'s Rolando Sindo got control of the ball when Dariusz Nikodemski tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's zone, Belo Huarte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernabe Benat came out of the goal and Belo Huarte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute Belo Huarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernabe Benat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Sindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Domiku in the 39th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Timoteo Domiku had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Sindo. Arkham Asylum C.F.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timoteo Domiku was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dariusz Nikodemski to strike the kick off in the second half. Rolando Sindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timoteo Domiku, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute.
