Preator Edikt's Jan Pihlberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Preator Edikt from getting a goal against them. In the 8th of the match, Delmiro Figueroa tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Jan Pihlberg got in the way and made a wonderful save. After 9 played minutes Preator Edikt got a freekick which was hit by Fryderyk Gorzkiewicz. Jan Pihlberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucas Villanueva in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Clube Esportivo Saudade's goal looked a bit too open when Horia Tătaru came free, but Wei Chuan Xuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Pihlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Villanueva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucas Villanueva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Jan Pihlberg made a huge save. When Delmiro Figueroa came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Clube Esportivo Saudade fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmiro Figueroa couldn't finish the play. 26 minutes into the match, Lucas Villanueva notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Preator Edikt's Jan Pihlberg. Jan Pihlberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Preator Edikt's Jan Pihlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Figueroa in the 33rd minute of play. The corner led to Clube Esportivo Saudade's Bilbo Zafrilla getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After having played for 37 minutes, Delmiro Figueroa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clube Esportivo Saudade's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmiro Figueroa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Preator Edikt's Stig-Ove Blomqvist was substituted for Horia Tătaru. Lucas Villanueva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan Pihlberg having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Villanueva in the 42nd minute of play forced Preator Edikt's goalkeeper Jan Pihlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Lucas Villanueva came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Clube Esportivo Saudade fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Villanueva couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucas Villanueva was the one to do the kick off. Wei Chuan Xuan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stig-Ove Blomqvist's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Jan Pihlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmiro Figueroa in the 54th minute of the match. Wei Chuan Xuan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Ove Blomqvist in the 55th minute of play. Kenneth Björnberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Wei Chuan Xuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan Pihlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Villanueva in the 60th minute of the match. Jan Pihlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Villanueva in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute Bilbo Zafrilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Pihlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Clube Esportivo Saudade's Modesto Zabalo got a free kick in the 65th minute. The corner led Clube Esportivo Saudade's Rafa Morado to fire away a dangerous shot which Jan Pihlberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Preator Edikt's Jan Pihlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Villanueva in the 74th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Preator Edikt's Ashley Cole got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Ashley Cole hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 82 played minutes Clube Esportivo Saudade got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Zabalo. In the 84th minute, Virgilio Ladra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clube Esportivo Saudade fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Wei Chuan Xuan was a little too slow when Stig-Ove Blomqvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 93rdth minute of the game Virgilio Ladra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Preator Edikt's Jan Pihlberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the Clube Esportivo Saudade players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
