When Grabiel Escorcia came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Nacional fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grabiel Escorcia couldn't finish the play. Aírton Urbano kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After 7 minutes of play, Errecaborda AFC's Prospero Jerardo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juaneizu Merida was left in no man's land by his defense there! 10 minutes into the match, Victorino Sandalio notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Nacional's Juaneizu Merida. Juaneizu Merida was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 17th minute, Grabiel Escorcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juaneizu Merida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Jerardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After taking down the ball on Errecaborda AFC's corner Pastor Ado fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Juaneizu Merida quite easily take care of the ball. Grabiel Escorcia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edmond Verdun having to make a save. In the 21st minute Grabiel Escorcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmond Verdun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Errecaborda AFC from getting a goal against them. 24 minutes into the match, Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Isidro Gines came free, but Juaneizu Merida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grabiel Escorcia was extremely unlucky when he, in the 26th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Nacional's Grabiel Escorcia got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edmond Verdun made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Grabiel Escorcia sent off a good shot on target. Edmond Verdun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grabiel Escorcia in the 41st minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Jerardo came free, but Juaneizu Merida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nacional's Juaneizu Merida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Ado in the 47th minute of play. The Nacional players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Errecaborda AFC were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Grabiel Escorcia was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Errecaborda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Grabiel Escorcia came free, but Edmond Verdun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Grabiel Escorcia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nacional fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. With an all-out effort, Errecaborda AFC's Juaneizu Merida threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Prospero Jerardo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Jerardo in the 60th minute of play forced Nacional's goalkeeper Juaneizu Merida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th match minute, Nacional was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marta Minuhin to maneuver through the defense. Nacional's Ursino Brunet was substituted for Grabiel Escorcia. In the 77th minute, Marta Minuhin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Pastor Ado in the 78th minute really tested Juaneizu Merida's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 80 minutes Errecaborda AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Xu Sha who took care of the corner kick. Joseph Gayoso was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Errecaborda AFC made a substitution. Hipolito Neron replaced Miguel Savion. When Nacional's Ursino Brunet in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Errecaborda AFC's goalie prevented a goal. When Ursino Brunet came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Nacional fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ursino Brunet couldn't finish the play.
