Golaki Goiano started the match with the kick off. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Wágner Fox sped through Buksvinens IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rudolf Söderberg. Rudolf Söderberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wágner Fox in the 11th minute of play. Alperen Bozkurt made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Rune Möllgren sent off a good shot on target. After 14 minutes of play, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Wágner Fox made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rudolf Söderberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rudolf Söderberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Golaki Goiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 19th minute, Eurico Rezende hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the game, Wágner Fox cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Rudolf Söderberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 28th minute Wágner Fox shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Söderberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Jataiense Futebol Clube booed when Buksvinens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Villiam Lindkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Buksvinens IF's Rudolf Söderberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Golaki Goiano in the 29th minute of play. Buksvinens IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wágner Fox was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wágner Fox in the 40th minute of play forced Buksvinens IF's goalkeeper Rudolf Söderberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Wágner Fox managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jataiense Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Wágner Fox was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rudolf Söderberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Buksvinens IF defense, Wágner Fox kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rudolf Söderberg. The Buksvinens IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rudolf Söderberg should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rune Möllgren made a kick off. Golaki Goiano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rudolf Söderberg having to make a save. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Diguinho Pereira managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kurt Lidman in the 56 minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Horácio Gonçalves kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rudolf Söderberg. That made the score 0-8 in the 58 minute of play. In the 61stth minute of the game Wágner Fox who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buksvinens IF's Rudolf Söderberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Buksvinens IF getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Kurt Lidman hit a great ball. Diguinho Pereira hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edward Gummeson during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Buksvinens IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Wágner Fox scored to the left of an out of position Rudolf Söderberg, making the score, 0-9. Rudolf Söderberg was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Wágner Fox capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wágner Fox really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10. Martin Firoiu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Rudolf Söderberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Martin Firoiu might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rudolf Söderberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Firoiu ran back to his position shaking his head. Jataiense Futebol Clube were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Buksvinens IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zachary Figlewski took the corner. Rudolf Söderberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gino Camargo in the 94th minute of the match.
