Caroll Mårtensson came out and tried to block the shot, but Horácio Gonçalves slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 2nd minute. Antonia Haraldsson charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonia Haraldsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of Buksvinens IF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Jataiense Futebol Clube:s goal. Buksvinens IF:s Caroll Mårtensson showed great skill when he stopped Luizão Pesquera:s penalty. Caroll Mårtensson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Golaki Goiano went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 13th minute, Horácio Gonçalves reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Caroll Mårtensson. The goal made the score 3-0. Caroll Mårtensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Golaki Goiano in the 16th minute of the match. Horácio Gonçalves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Caroll Mårtensson having to make a save. Caroll Mårtensson made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Horácio Gonçalves sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Horácio Gonçalves sped through Buksvinens IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Caroll Mårtensson. Jataiense Futebol Clube's attentive Ronaldinho Ferreira managed to snatch the ball when Lars Clementsson made a throw-in in the 24th minute of the game. In the 25thth minute of the game Horácio Gonçalves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buksvinens IF's Caroll Mårtensson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The throw-in from Lars Clementsson in the 28th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Jataiense Futebol Clube's Diguinho Pereira. Caroll Mårtensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diguinho Pereira in the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Golaki Goiano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Caroll Mårtensson. Buksvinens IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Golaki Goiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Caroll Mårtensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Golaki Goiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Caroll Mårtensson didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 39th minute, which inside left pole to 6-0. In the 44th minute of the match Jataiense Futebol Clube got a corner. Buksvinens IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luizão Pesquera ran over to the corner to take the kick. Golaki Goiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Caroll Mårtensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Golaki Goiano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Caroll Mårtensson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horácio Gonçalves's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the game, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Horácio Gonçalves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Caroll Mårtensson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Golaki Goiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Caroll Mårtensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute Horácio Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caroll Mårtensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Horácio Gonçalves notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Buksvinens IF's Caroll Mårtensson. Caroll Mårtensson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Horácio Gonçalves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caroll Mårtensson having to interfere. Jataiense Futebol Clube made a substitution. Claudinho Queiroz replaced Golaki Goiano. 85 minutes into the game, Horácio Gonçalves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Caroll Mårtensson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Horácio Gonçalves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jataiense Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Horácio Gonçalves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caroll Mårtensson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diguinho Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caroll Mårtensson having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Horácio Gonçalves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jataiense Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. 95 minutes into the match, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Horácio Gonçalves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Caroll Mårtensson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A very nice done corner allowed Eurico Rezende to score against Caroll Mårtensson in Buksvinens IF's goal. 12-0 after 97 minutes. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Jataiense Futebol Clube fully deserved thier win.
