Rondeau AFC's Costin Jecu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tassos Koutsoubos in the 8th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Raúl Wensell dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Didi de Moraes, 1-0. Didi de Moraes made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Andreas Pirlo sent off a good shot on target. Bergamim F.C.'s Didi de Moraes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Bergamim F.C. from getting a goal against them. Costin Jecu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hélio Lucas went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Tassos Koutsoubos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costin Jecu having to interfere. With a little luck, Bergamim F.C.'s Didi de Moraes got control of the ball when Andreas Pirlo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Didi de Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Misael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Lando Guazo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bergamim F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Lando Guazo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Costin Jecu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andreas Pirlo made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Lando Guazo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Costin Jecu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 58 minutes into the match, Rondeau AFC's goalkeeper Costin Jecu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudinei Peixoto. The Bergamim F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Bergamim F.C.'s Claudinei Peixoto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 64 minutes into the match, Bergamim F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Raúl Wensell came free, but Didi de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinei Peixoto in the 67th minute of play forced Rondeau AFC's goalkeeper Costin Jecu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Rondeau AFC booed when Bergamim F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Heidemann didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Tassos Koutsoubos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Bergamim F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Rondeau AFC throughout the match.
