In the 5th match minute, Preator Edikt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceferino Totakoxe to maneuver through the defense. If Tassos Koutsoubos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Didi de Moraes came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Preator Edikt's Michael Stor. But to his dismay, Michael Stor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Michael Stor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Didi de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Stor in the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Stor in the 14th minute of play forced Bergamim F.C.'s goalkeeper Didi de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Preator Edikt were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Bergamim F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luís Gustavo Barbosa took the corner. Didi de Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Stor, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Preator Edikt's Michael Stor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Didi de Moraes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jan Pihlberg made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Tassos Koutsoubos sent off a good shot on target. Jan Pihlberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tassos Koutsoubos went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 33rd minute, Tadeu Esteves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Fryderyk Gorzkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan Pihlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinei Peixoto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Claudinei Peixoto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jan Pihlberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Claudinei Peixoto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bergamim F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Claudinei Peixoto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan Pihlberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 49 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bergamim F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luís Gustavo Barbosa was slow to take the kick. During this time Preator Edikt's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Preator Edikt's corner Luís Gustavo Barbosa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Didi de Moraes quite easily take care of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michael Stor was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lando Guazo in the 57th minute of play forced Preator Edikt's goalkeeper Jan Pihlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bergamim F.C.'s goalkeeper Didi de Moraes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Preator Edikt's Albert Örnberg was substituted for Fellipe Vianna. Preator Edikt's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luís Gustavo Barbosa in the 62nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Luís Gustavo Barbosa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Didi de Moraes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gösta Alrot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Didi de Moraes having to interfere. Preator Edikt's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luís Gustavo Barbosa in the 77th minute. Ashley Cole made a great header on Preator Edikt's corner, it was just that Bergamim F.C.'s Didi de Moraes managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 86th minute, Claudinei Peixoto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bergamim F.C.'s zone, Michael Stor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Didi de Moraes came out of the goal and Michael Stor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
